Electric Scooter Fire in West Delhi Kills Teen, Injures Grandmother

A 13-year-old boy named Jaspreet died, and his 65-year-old grandmother, Swamjeet Kaur, sustained about 35% burn injuries and is receiving treatment. Firefighters deployed four tenders to control the blaze, which was extinguished by 4:10 am. Residents and police helped rescue the injured before fire personnel arrived.
