Toronto International Film Festival to Host Christopher Nolan Retrospective Ahead of The Odyssey
The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) will host a retrospective titled "Christopher Nolan: Grand Designs" from July 8 to August 20 at TIFF Lightbox, featuring all 12 of Nolan's films exclusively on 35mm and 70mm formats. The series precedes the North American release of Nolan's upcoming film "The Odyssey". Highlights include a "Quote Along" screening of "Barbie" before "Oppenheimer" on July 18 and a presentation of "The Right Stuff" with an expert talk. Nolan, known for his analogue filmmaking, first appeared at TIFF in 1998 and last returned in 2017.
