Daniel Min, who earned approximately Rs 2.7 crore annually, stated that 12-hour workdays led him to miss personal freedoms and social engagements. Despite initial enjoyment, the role became monotonous, prompting his decision to leave the company he joined after graduating from The Wharton School.
