Va Tech Wabag has secured a large order, valued between Rs 250 crore and Rs 600 crore, from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) for advanced water treatment facilities. The project, located at BPCL's Bina Petchem and Refinery Expansion Project in Madhya Pradesh, includes a Raw Water Treatment Plant, a Reverse Osmosis-based Demineralization Plant, and a Zero Liquid Discharge Plant. Va Tech Wabag will handle the EPC aspects, with the project slated for completion within 22 months. This order reinforces Wabag's position in the industrial water treatment sector.
