The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) will conduct public hearings on January 7 and 8 for the 2026-27 financial year. Power distribution companies UHBVN and DHBVN have petitioned for an Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) of over ₹51,000 crore for 2026-27, and sought reconciliation for 2024-25. HERC is accepting objections and suggestions from consumers until January 4. Petitions from power transmission and generation corporations are also under review.
