Two major financial institutions, BA Continuum India (a Bank of America subsidiary) and JP Morgan, have leased significant office spaces in Mumbai's Powai district. BA Continuum secured over 1.11 lakh sq ft for a monthly rent of approximately Rs 1.43 crore for nearly 11 years. JP Morgan leased 2.72 lakh sq ft for a starting monthly rent of Rs 9.23 crore over five years. Both deals involve rental escalations and highlight continued demand for premium office spaces in the area.
