Real estate firm Sobha Ltd reported a 52% surge in Q3 sales bookings, reaching Rs 2,115.2 crore. This historic performance was driven by increased sales volume and higher price realization, attributed to strong housing demand. The company sold 1.37 million sq ft, a significant rise from the previous year, with average prices increasing to Rs 15,436 per sq ft. Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR were key markets. Despite this growth, overall housing sales in top cities reportedly declined by 16% in the same quarter.
