Shree KB Realty has acquired a 3-acre land parcel in Greater Noida West for Rs 122 crore through an auction by the Greater Noida Authority. The real estate firm plans to develop a commercial project with a built-up area of 8.5 lakh sq feet on the site. The company cited strong demand for commercial spaces in the region, driven by the completion of numerous housing projects. Shree KB Realty, established in 2005, has a track record of developing residential and commercial spaces in Delhi-NCR.
