Actor Abhishek Bachchan has partnered with Sri Lotus Developers Realty Ltd. for a luxury mixed-use project at Gujarat's GIFT City. The development will span over one million square feet on land acquired by Bachchan nearly 15 years ago. Sri Lotus, through its subsidiary Rise Root Projects, will undertake the project on a profit-sharing basis, marking the company's debut in Gujarat. The project aims to address demand for premium residential and commercial spaces in the emerging financial hub.
