Veteran actors Jeetendra and Tusshar Kapoor have sold a commercial property in Mumbai's Chandivali for Rs 559.25 crore to NTT Global Data Centres. The deal, registered in January 2026, involves a ten-storey building and an adjacent generator structure within Balaji IT Park. This transaction follows a previous Rs 855 crore deal by the Kapoor family with the same buyer in May 2025, bringing their total real estate divestments to Rs 1414 crore in eight months.
