
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the second phase of its 'Towering Heights' housing scheme in Karkardooma, featuring Delhi's tallest residential building. The project offers 741 flats for retail buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis, with registration starting January 8. Flats are priced between Rs 1.7 crore and Rs 2 crore, with over 90% construction completed. This development is the first under Delhi's Transit Oriented Development policy.
