Shukra Pharmaceuticals, via its subsidiary Shukra Robotics, has signed an MOU with US-based Borns Medical Robotics to introduce AI-enabled surgical robotic systems in India and South Asia. The collaboration aims to expand access to robot-assisted surgeries, improve efficiency through AI, and enhance regional healthcare infrastructure via technology transfer and training. Borns Medical Robotics will provide expertise in robotics and AI, while Shukra Pharmaceuticals will leverage its market reach and regulatory capabilities.
