The Agency for Development of Aquaculture Kerala (ADAK) is transforming its fish farms into eco-friendly tourism destinations across five districts. These sites will offer recreational activities and educational experiences about Kerala's fisheries heritage, blending community livelihood support with tourism. The initiative, requiring no government capital investment, aims to generate significant revenue through private sector management, with projects expected to be operational within three to six months. Key locations include farms in Varkala, Thrissur, Kollam, Ernakulam, and Kannur.
