NIIT Learning Systems has acquired US-based SweetRush Inc. for up to $26 million through its subsidiary NIIT (USA), Inc. SweetRush, founded in 2001, specializes in AI-enabled custom learning experience design and strategic training interventions for large enterprises. This acquisition aims to integrate SweetRush's expertise with NIIT's global managed learning scale, expanding NIIT MTS's service portfolio with custom learning solutions, certification content, and talent capabilities. The deal includes performance-based earnouts over five years.
