
New Zealand and India have finalized a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) expected to take effect in seven to eight months. New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon stated the deal will boost exports, create jobs, and attract an estimated USD 20 billion in foreign direct investment over 15 years. This agreement, described as a landmark deal, aims to enhance market access and promote investment, marking India's third recent FTA.
