The industry also seeks expedited refunds for excess GST credits, which currently lock up working capital due to an inverted duty structure. Additionally, a unified licensing system is requested to eliminate state-wise duplication and streamline operations, aiming to ease working capital stress and encourage investment in quality and farmer outreach.
