Blessing Luxuria, an 18.5-acre commercial project in Punjab, is being developed by Western Living Private Limited under CMD Himanshu Kwattra. Inspired by Dubai and European destinations like Paris and Venice, it aims to be Punjab's largest open-air luxury commercial space. The project will feature retail, entertainment, and wellness facilities, designed by architect Hafeez Contractor and a team of international consultants.
