
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the second phase of its 'Towering Heights' housing scheme in Karkardooma, East Delhi. This project features Delhi's tallest residential building, a 48-storey tower. A total of 741 flats are available for retail buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis, with registration opening January 8. An additional 107 flats are reserved for government institutions. Flats are priced between Rs 1.7 crore and Rs 2 crore, with 75% of the cost payable during construction. This is DDA's first project under the Transit-Oriented Development policy.
