ITC Hotels has secured a 91-year lease for land at Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, New Delhi, to develop a premium five-star hotel. The allotment, made by India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited for a premium of Rs 326.5 crore, includes approximately 3,648 square metres of ground coverage. The hotel aims to enhance Yashobhoomi's status as an international MICE destination, complementing its existing banqueting and culinary facilities. This expansion aligns with ITC Hotels' strategy to grow its presence in the Delhi-NCR region.
