
Central Bank of India is experiencing strong growth in retail, MSME, and corporate lending, fueled by demand in auto and housing sectors. The bank aims to balance its loan portfolio to approximately 65% retail, agriculture, and MSME (RAM) and 35% corporate within three years. The MD and CEO highlighted a focus on the RAM segments, which currently constitute about 72% of the loan book, with agriculture alone at 47%. Digital expansion and recovery strategies are also key priorities for FY26.
