Global fashion brand Elie Saab is entering the Indian market by partnering with real estate developer M3M for two ultra-luxury branded residential projects in Gurugram and Noida. The developments, involving an investment of ₹3,500 crore, will offer over 950 apartments. M3M will construct approximately 300 units in Gurugram, while Smartworld Developers will develop around 650 units in Noida. These projects aim to bring Elie Saab's design philosophy to refined living spaces, marking the brand's first residential ventures in India.
