Air India is facing a lawsuit in London filed by the estates and relatives of some victims of the June 2025 passenger jet crash that killed 260 people. Eleven claimants filed a personal injury lawsuit at the High Court on December 18. The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashed shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad, killing 242 on board and 19 on the ground. Separately, four passenger families are suing Boeing in the U.S. over alleged faulty fuel switches.
