Agnivesh Agarwal, 49, son of Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal, has passed away in the US due to a sudden cardiac arrest. He was recovering from injuries sustained in a skiing accident in New York. Anil Agarwal described the event as the 'darkest day' of his life, expressing profound grief. Agnivesh was a businessman who held leadership roles in companies like Hindustan Zinc and Fujairah Gold. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders have offered condolences.
