Suraksha Group has completed construction on nearly 6,000 housing units across 63 towers in Noida's Jaypee Wish Town. Occupancy certificates (OCs) have been secured for 31 towers, with applications submitted for an additional 32 towers. This development is part of Suraksha Group's resolution plan to take over and complete stalled Jaypee Infratech projects, aiming to deliver approximately 20,000 homes to distressed homebuyers. Construction continues on remaining towers, with OCs expected for the newly applied ones in the coming months.
