Denmark has updated its Positive List schemes for 2026, reducing the number of eligible job titles for highly educated and skilled foreign workers. Effective January 1, the list for higher education now includes 183 job titles, down from 190, and the skilled work list has 57 positions. These lists aim to address labor shortages by attracting foreign nationals with specific qualifications and experience to Denmark.
