TIDEL NEO Ltd. has initiated tenders for the construction of two mini IT parks in Tamil Nadu's Tirunelveli and Kanniyakumari districts, each costing ₹37 crore. These projects, located in Nagercoil and Reddiyarpati respectively, aim to stimulate the IT sector in tier II and III cities and create local employment. The proposed buildings will be ground plus three floors with a terrace, encompassing civil construction, HVAC, elevators, and integrated building management systems. Land has been allocated for the parks, with remaining areas reserved for future expansion based on demand.
