Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has confirmed that job cuts related to its restructuring plan will continue into 2026, driven partly by AI adoption. The company stated that employee exits, which saw a reduction of over 11,000 employees in the October-December quarter, are not driven by a specific target but by valid reasons. While around 1800 employees were reportedly let go through a defined process, the overall headcount decrease also includes natural attrition. TCS assures that terminations are handled internally with due process.
