Lodha Developers reported record pre-sales of ₹5,620 crore in Q3FY26, a 25% year-over-year increase. The company added five new projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹33,800 crore in key regions like MMR, NCR, and Bengaluru. Business development for the first nine months of FY26 reached ₹58,800 crore, exceeding the annual guidance. Lodha anticipates strong collections in upcoming quarters and has strategically entered the NCR market, aiming to capture significant housing demand.
