Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles has announced that TP Paarthav (TPPL) is no longer an associate company as of January 8, 2025. This follows a September 2025 agreement where Tata Motors acquired a 26% stake in TPPL, a special purpose vehicle, with Tata Power Renewable Energy. The composite scheme of arrangement has reduced Tata Motors' stake in TPPL to 12.89%.
