Promoters of Ideal Cures Pharma, Suresh and Veena Pareek, have purchased two luxury apartments in Mumbai's Raheja Artesia for a combined ₹190.1 crore. The residences, located on the 43rd floor, were acquired from K Raheja Corp promoters. The deal, registered on December 24, 2025, includes over 12,000 sq ft of carpet area and 10 car parking slots. This acquisition represents a significant upgrade from a previous purchase by Suresh Pareek in the same building.
