
Richard Baker, CEO of Saks Global Enterprises, is reportedly set to depart the luxury retailer less than two weeks after assuming the role. This comes as the company, which operates Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Neiman Marcus, prepares to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to address significant debt and losses. Geoffroy van Raemdonck, former CEO of Neiman Marcus Group, is reportedly in negotiations for a role within the company.
