Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw highlighted this growth, attributing it to the expanding mobile phone manufacturing sector and anticipating further increases with the upcoming production from four semiconductor plants. Apple's manufacturing in India, supported by entities like Tata Group and Foxconn, has significantly boosted the country's position as a major electronics exporter.
