Tamil Nadu has attracted over Rs 12.16 lakh crore in investments since 2021, with approximately 80% of signed MoUs currently under execution, according to Industries Minister TRB Rajaa. The state has signed over 1,176 MoUs, creating potential for more than 36.4 lakh jobs. The Industries Department has focused on execution, launching new policies in sectors like space, maritime manufacturing, and electric vehicles, while aligning skilling initiatives with industry needs for balanced regional growth.
