
Delhi-NCR experienced the highest yearly average residential price increase at 23% in 2025, with prices rising from approximately Rs 7,550 to Rs 9,300 per square foot. Across the top seven cities, average housing prices saw an 8% annual rise. While Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru saw sales declines, Delhi-NCR and other major cities contributed significantly to new unit launches and accounted for 90% of overall sales. Unsold inventory across these cities increased by 4%.
