In October, Venezuelan crude oil imports to the U.S. totaled approximately 4.2 million barrels, primarily benefiting refiners like Valero, PBF Energy, Chevron, and Phillips 66. Venezuelan crude's contribution remains minor compared to these alternative heavy-crude sources.
