Tourism Finance Corporation of India Limited (TFCI) will serve as a co-sponsor and anchor investor for two new alternative investment funds (AIFs). TFCI plans to invest up to 5% in the Holystone Hospitality Fund and up to 10% in the Certus Real Estate Fund. Both funds are Category II AIFs, and applications for their registration have been filed with SEBI.
