Suraksha Group has completed construction on nearly 6,000 housing units across 63 towers in Jaypee Infratech's Wish Town projects in Noida. The company has secured occupancy certificates for 3,135 units in 31 towers and has applied for certificates for an additional 32 towers. Suraksha Group acquired Jaypee Infratech through the insolvency process and has committed to completing approximately 20,000 homes, with a target delivery by 2027, while also addressing farmer compensation as directed by the NCLAT.
