Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has established a new wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Ecogen Seven (AE7L), to engage in renewable energy activities including generation, development, and distribution of power from solar, wind, and other renewable sources. Incorporated in Gujarat, AE7L has an authorized and paid-up capital of Rs 1 lakh and has not yet commenced operations. AGEL, a leading renewable energy company, aims for 50 GW by 2030 and recently reported a significant net profit increase in Q2 FY26.
