Omaxe Ltd. is investing Rs 500 crore to develop Omaxe Chowk, a mixed-use high-street project in Ludhiana, on a 5.25-acre land parcel secured from the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). The project, a public-private partnership, will combine premium retail, dining, entertainment, and luxury residences. It aims to redefine organized retail and offer a convenient destination for consumers. Omaxe Chowk is scheduled for completion by June 2030 and is expected to create significant local employment.
