MTNL has issued a request for proposal to sell its office property at Kemps Corner, Mumbai, for a reserve price of Rs25.71 crore. The 3,124 sq ft property includes two parking spaces and is currently vacant. Additionally, MTNL is selling a 236 sq ft residential flat in Andheri (West) for Rs70.75 lakh. These sales are part of MTNL's strategy to monetize its real estate assets. Bid submission deadlines are January 26 for the office and February 3 for the flat.
