The government-backed SWAMIH Fund has delivered approximately 61,000 homes across 110 stalled housing projects by December 15, 2025, with a total of over 1 lakh homes expected. The fund has committed its entire investible corpus, unlocking over ₹37,400 crore for 127 projects nationwide. This initiative has provided relief to over 4 lakh homebuyers, generated over 36,000 jobs, and contributed an estimated ₹6,900 crore in revenue to central and state governments. SWAMIH is described as the country's largest residential-focused stress resolution platform.
