German company Remmers Gruppe SE is acquiring a 50.1% stake in India's Teknovace Wood Coatings Pvt. Ltd. for ₹300 crore. The investment will expand Teknovace's manufacturing capacity, establish an R&D center in India, and position the country as a global export hub for advanced coatings.
