NIIT Learning Systems, through its US subsidiary, has acquired SweetRush, a US-based firm specializing in AI-led custom learning experience design and strategic training interventions, for up to $26 million. This acquisition, which includes performance-based earnouts over five years, aims to enhance NIIT MTS's services portfolio with custom learning, certification, and talent solutions. SweetRush, founded in 2001, operates with over 100 team members and experts across the US and Costa Rica.
