An elderly woman was targeted in an attempted chain snatching inside a lift at the La Residency Society in Greater Noida West on Thursday. A man, wearing a helmet and full-face covering, entered the lift with the 75-year-old woman and attempted to snatch her gold chain. The woman's alarm and resistance caused the assailant to flee empty-handed.
