Ludhiana police have arrested a couple, Shamsher Singh and Kuldeep Kaur, for the murder and dismemberment of Davinder Kumar, a 35-year-old man. The victim, who had recently returned from Mumbai, was allegedly killed by Shamsher during a drug-fueled argument over a monetary dispute. The couple then allegedly dismembered the body using a saw, placing parts in a drum and scattering others. One hand remains missing. The wife's involvement was reportedly to help dispose of the body out of fear.
