A 55-year-old man, Dharampal, was allegedly shot dead in Delhi's Narela area following a property sale commission dispute. Two men, Dinesh Kumar and Bhoop Singh, surrendered to the police, claiming Kumar used his licensed revolver. The victim's son identified the body and named the accused.
