A woman, identified as Mandeep Kaur, was arrested at Ludhiana Central Jail for allegedly attempting to smuggle 20.20 grams of heroin. She was visiting her brother-in-law, an undertrial in a murder case. The heroin was reportedly concealed within a black envelope.
