The assailant reportedly hurled the substance, shouted death threats, and wielded a weapon resembling a koyta. Public Works Minister Shivendrasinh Bhosale condemned the act as cowardly, directing a thorough police investigation to apprehend the perpetrator and emphasizing dialogue over violence. Kulkarni recounted the terrifying ordeal, noting the attacker chanted the National Anthem during the assault.
