The incident occurred when Uttarakhand Police, pursuing the suspects, entered UP and attempted to stop their vehicle with barricades. The criminals reversed their car at high speed, striking Sheetal, who was on a motorcycle. He sustained severe injuries and later died at the hospital. Authorities are using CCTV footage to locate the suspects.
