A Chandigarh resident has filed a complaint alleging criminal negligence after several passengers were injured while boarding the Kalka-New Delhi Shatabdi Express. The complainant claims the train departed prematurely from Chandigarh Railway Station before passengers had fully boarded, causing panic and falls. The Government Railway Police have registered an FIR, and Indian Railways has initiated a departmental inquiry into the incident.
